Well done to the highly committed Carnival Club who turned out on another cold, but dry (!), winters evening to participate in the Cowes Christmas Carnival.  The fact that the term had finished did not deter them from participating!  There were less of us due to the high proportion of illness currently around, but this did not dampen our spirits! 

They looked fantastic yet again and scooped an impressive First place, proudly receiving a trophy.  The carnival committee said that they looked fabulous and thanked them for supporting the carnival. 

There were many people throughout the crowds along the route who showed their appreciation with cheers and applause.  A good time was had by both onlookers and participants.

Mrs Webb and Ms Armiger would like to say thank you and well done to everyone who turned up.  We would also like to say how proud we are of all their achievements.  Keep it up!  We would also like to thank Mr Webb who has driven the car and provided us with music for the last few carnivals, despite achy legs from all the slow driving - we couldn't do without you!
