On Saturday 13th December we gathered at the school to get ready for the carnival.  The weather was dry, however as soon as we arrived at Matalan car park to get ready for the off, the rain began.  Well done to the intrepid Carnival Club as they carried on despite the weather.  They sparkled in their costumes and carried their angel lanterns with pride.

They looked fantastic and smiled throughout the parade despite being wet and cold.  Their efforts were rewarded with achieving second place in the schools category.  Well done to all of you we are very proud of you.  Also many thanks to the families who turned out to watch the parade and cheer us on, we are very grateful - as your cheers and smiles kept us going!
