DAY CARE NURSERY

First Steps Nursery opens from 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks per year.

From the time babies' start at the Early Years Centre, they are given new experiences according to their individual needs. At such a young age babies learn through their senses. Sounds, smells, touch, singing, games and talking are vital; as well as encouraging physical skills for crawling, standing and walking.

Enjoying early games will all be part of your child's daily play. Your child will also benefit from spending time playing in our new exciting outdoor area.

From around 24 months your child will be able to experience more natural materials such as water and sand, as well as discovering the pleasures of playdough, painting, gluing, etc. Staff ensure that all children are given a wide range of learning opportunities.
